Star Wars - The Old Republic is on the horizon so without further adieu I announce Arithien as the ConSWTOR Leader.

Arithien - Joined the guild back in late 2007 in LOTRO.  He was a spunky young adult that knew how to kiss ass to get his way into the tight knit community that was Conviction at the time.  From there he went on to play AoC as an Officer and took over the lead before ultimately the game failed.  Being known as the guy that was part of the guild but never really played anything was in his file, but in the past year he has stepped up to the plate and shown his desire and ability as a leader within the guild and felt that this was his opportunity to shine for Conviction and its community.  

Diablo 3 is a little further down the road but beta is imminently upon us.  This will be another adventure for Conviction and the timing feels right to start getting things organized.  We will be playing some D2 in the meantime to get a feel for the game once again and get prepared for D3's release.  I have announced Aldier "mother fuckin" Stagnato as the head of the ConDiablo chapter.

Aldier - Joined the guild around the beginning of our FFXIV push.  His dedication to the pien hammer was unprecedented.  As our Crafting lead he pushed everyone to gather materials to ensure we had the best equipment available for everyone in all areas.  His fun loving attitude and drive to succeed makes me believe that he is the right choice as the D3 Lead.  His experience and knowledge of D2 is quite extensive and will carry over nicely into D3.  

I welcome you both to the Leadership of Conviction, Ill be there to support you through thick and thin and most importantly, don't suck.
