 First Week of Raiding

 EPICS Galore!!

Great job working together as a team this week and getting 19 epic weapons completed. For most of the guild just hitting 80 this last week and being able to get together to make this happen shows our strength as a group and will attribute to our success when we begin raiding.

To you Pirate Jones, RIP

Within a 6 week time frame we have leveled to 80, got almost everyone their epic weapons, stomped a T7 raid and one of the hardest encounters for that expansion and will be hitting up T8 this weekend. Nothing is more exciting than seeing a group of people come together with one common goal in mind. Great job everyone that has been a part of our success so far.

 Brutus Update

For some of you this will be your first time ever learning of the being known as Brutus, for others it will simply be a reminder. Brutus is the name bestowed upon a young pup currently in the care of Sir... er Indecent and his wifey. Brutus has been given an honorary position in Conviction, and cheers us along on vent while sometimes playing Indecent's second account if more bodies are needed.

A few months ago, according to Indecent, Brutus was jumping up and down as is customary while performing the energetic/hyper puppy trick. However suddenly when Brutus landed he yelped and started to limp. Indecent immediatly felt awful, and started inquiring as to how he should proceed. I was fairly certain that foul play was involved and suggested an immediate criminal investigation take place, which never got off the ground when I explained that my top suspect was a dwarf guardian. Eventually it was decided to wait a few days to see if the injury healed. Since Brutus has remarkably high morale for such a young pup it took a few days to discover something was still wrong, and it was not healing. A trip to the animal hospital was in order, shortly followed by a surgery on Brutus' knee. Sadly it soon became apparent that surgery was unsuccessful.

Brutus was still in alot of pain, and his parents were very worried. After two doctors told Indecent he could not donate his leg to Brutus (Apparently Human limbs have a high rejection rate when they are attached to puppies) a plan for a second surgery was created. This surgery took place yesterday (Thursday).

Brutus is now at home resting. They needed to put a pin in his knee . As you can see in the picture, his leg is fairly uncomfortable, and we wish him a speedy recovery!

Note: When asked for an interview Brutus simply looked at the reporter and started yelping in some strange language. We contacted his publicist who informed us that Brutus needed private time to heal and asked us to please stop attempting to converse with the dog.
